Quotes

Walkthroughs and cleaning quotes are free and carry no obligation. Prices, scope and schedules provided online or by phone are preliminary. They are confirmed only after we walk the building and provide a written quote or contract.

Our quality guarantee

We stand behind our work. The specific terms of our workmanship guarantee, including what it covers and for how long, are set out in the written contract for your project. If anything conflicts with this page, your written contract controls.

Scope and site rules

Cleaning scope, frequency, building access and any site rules set by your landlord, property manager or facility are confirmed for each account and addressed in your quote or contract. Health, safety and infection-control compliance for your facility remains your responsibility; we follow the protocols you give us.
